2 charming country properties located in a peaceful area approx. 10-15 minutes from the main town of Macael, and Olula del Río is only a few minutes further. It is a quiet area surrounded by countryside with no neighbours.

There are 2 properties here: the first one is the main house which consists of a living/dining room with an efficient fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a shower room. There is another room currently set up as a 5th bedroom (the one with the bunkbeds), which has a traditional fireplace, however this room could easily be used as another sitting room, an office, etc. At the front of the property is a covered terrace from which you can enjoy the views.

The second property, which would make an ideal guest house, consists of 2 double bedrooms, a shower room, and a huge living/dining room with a corner fireplace. The owner has confirmed he will be installing a kitchen in this property.

Outside there is a BBQ area, a swimming pool, and an area for playing petanque, all surrounded by countryside and mountains.

Please note that a small part of the access is via dirt track.
