Beautiful 2 storey villa located on the outskirts of the village of Almanzora, just a couple of minutes from all the basic amenities. The main towns of Arboleas, Albox and Cantoria are all just 5-10 minutes away.
The property consists of a total of 208m2 (including 60m2 of terrace). Downstairs is a hallway leading into the bright, spacious living/dining room.
