Huge village house to renovate located in Albanchez, near the main square and church, at the edge of the village with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside.
You enter into a large hallway with high ceilings, to the left is what was used as a bedroom, and to the left is a «workshop»/storeroom. Further down the hall to the right is a sitting room, and the kitchen, which leads into a dining room with a traditional open fireplace. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom, and access to a small patio area, plus there is a small store room under the stairs.

It is ideally located on the edge of the village with great views, yet with all the amenities just a short walk away, including shops, bars, Unicaja bank, doctors, pharmacy, post office, church, etc… The main town of Olula del Río is just 15 minutes away, and albox around 20-25.
